WHO IS ABOTZ?
Born and raised in North West London, Abotz is a graffiti writer turned contemporary artist whose work is shaped by the places, people and experiences that raised him. Coming from Kilburn, he paints what he knows real life, real struggles and the realities often ignored or brushed aside.
Using bold characters, humour and familiar imagery, his work touches on themes of money, social inequality, mental health, identity and the pressures of modern life. Behind the bright colours and playful style are observations on the world around him, reflecting both the highs and lows of everyday Britain.
From painting Train Tracks and walls to exhibiting on canvas, Abotz has never lost the rawness that first drew him to graffiti. His work remains grounded in street culture and lived experience, creating art that is honest, relatable and speaks to people from all walks of life.
